why does noone ever set the subject of posts?

Every certificate of inspection I've ever seen on an elevator has always been expired for at least a year. I wouldn't want to try this trick. I'm quite sure no elevator here _don't_ have a certificate of inspection at all. And yes, they often get stuck. Most older elevators (the non-automatic ones)...
