Yes, it does, look at the wikipedia entry of a Win32 C++ article, I wrote it. :D It has 2 ways, console or Win32, I prefer console to win32, but win32 is fun.

C/C++ is a good language, I am used to the socket work with it, and used to the syntax of it, but I would rather use python to C/C++ any day.

Yes it is, it is simple, to the point, OOP, and simple sockets. Python is a HUGE language in a lot of stuff, Operating Systems, routers, etc. It is easily ported and in my opinion, the best language around.

Not really, I think it is an overall good idea, if people didn't code stuff, we would be no-where. Without a coder who did DOS, there would be no Windows, or if Linus didn't code a kernel, there would be no Linux.
