As long as I don't push myself too hard on the exercise front I definitely seem to have more energy, (despite consuming less!) but that is possibly due to the exercise. I've found doing the exercise a lot easier being lighter, for example I haven't really done any proper cardio exercise in ages apar...

Is it not still quite firmly established that BMI can be a very poor indicator of one's body fat percentage?
