I'm looking forward to what gets made with the editor. There is a project to recreate the snes game, as well as one to make all the shadowrun modules printed. Give it a few months, and there could be lots of fantastic stuff created for it.

So, on August 2-4, Board Game Bash is occurring in Austin Texas. It is three days, nonstop, of board games, along with organized events, a flea market of sorts, and a large amount of free open play.

I really like the design of all the apocalypse world games. The Guy who did Monsterhearts also did a free generic game using the same engine as apoclypse world, Simple World . It has pretty straight forward systems that my girlfriend and I once adapted to use for star trek for 8 year olds. Also, las...

The fact that the vote officially happened after midnight sort of surprised me. The Texas legislature has, during regular sessions, literally turned the clock back officially to allow a day's business to continue past midnight. It might be that special sessions have different rules. The next big con...

A Motown Tribute to Nickelback

It is seven Nickelback songs done in the Motown sound. Turns out when you take Nickelback's overblown rock anthem style and convert it to motown magic happens. I would recommend starting with How You Remind Me.
