I like your attitude, but really. Different coffee or a midnight walk on the beach are not an adventure, no matter how much I'll let it.

Is it just me, or does the layout for this comic bug other people too? I can't stand the fact that there's a huge white area in the lower left.

New-age games? You mean.. like Endorfun? I remember that game. After every level, there would be like some part about peace, or fortune, or something. I have approximated this using The GIMP. No, not after every level. You'd get messages about peace and fortune constantly. They were 'subliminally e...

Plans, like ideas, are cheap. It's execution that counts. Everybody plans to have a great life, and most people leave it at that. Then they watch comics like these and restate their intentions to themselves, without following through.

But is it too blunt? Look at all the people who have said "Yeah, but why bother." Isn't this just the natural extension of Wachowski Brothers (brother and sister?) movies? They start with The Matrix and say "Hey, you could rebel." Then they go to V and say "Look - that rebe...

Move to another country! Change your name! Form a theatre troupe and tour Europe doing obscure plays! The world is ours, my friend! And if not today, then when? Do it. Do it now. Look for a job in another country. Or somewhere sunny. Or Rainy. OR WITH SNOW! What's keeping you here? Your love for yo...

Who is thinking they're uber? Why is everybody who likes the comic being so aggressive towards those who don't?

And is the second thing that Randall has given me that makes me want to throw my monitor through the window and run off into the wild. Then what? You're going to run out of the building, onto the street. Maybe you'll run a little further and get out of the city. And then? You're going to live like ...

I find your lack of logic disturbing.

I find the lack of original jokes in this comic disturbing. XKCD seems to have been slacking for a while now. While there have been good ones like Blue Shells, Goto and Nighttime reading, I can't say that I found the rest of them of the quality you could find before, say, the Choices saga. Before th...

Re: so question

So question for you all: Card writes a weekly column on world affairs. He is against homosexuality (wants laws against it) and pre-marital sex - he is also a supporter of Bush. In addition he is a member the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have never read Card books and after reading...
