SRS/GRS is hardly cosmetic. It is a pretty big functional change, and for a variety of other reasons doesn't fit in with actual cosmetic surgeries. (I would say this is pedantic, but it is used to exclude care from insurance plans through arbitrary definition so I don't think it is pointlessly so.)...
