I suppose you could kill him if you used a rather small balloon, and, after instructing the guy to stare up at the balloon with his mouth open like a turkey, dropped it down his mouth. If that sort of impact isn't fatal when taken in the throat, the plastic bits wouth probable choke him to death.

When I placed a lovebird (Agapornis roseicollis) primary flight feather on a standard electronic postage scale, the scale displayed the value "0 g."

Thus all feathers are, in fact, massless.
