What kind of home connection do you have? Are you even (legally) allowed to host the server there? and yes, my ISP allows home hosting. :-) I see what you're saying, and I counter it with tl;dr. Well, didn't read all of it. I would try tempting my home connection with a web server, but seeing as ho...

What kind of home connection do you have? Are you even (legally) allowed to host the server there? I know quite a few ISPs specifically state that unless you buy a business class connection from them that you are not allowed to host a server, at which point it's cheaper to get a host.

I saw it last night, and I loved it. AAC is the iTunes DRMed format. You should not be able to play them ([sarcasm]thank you apple[/sarcasm]). This is just wrong. AAC is no more DRMed than a typical MP3, and certainly does not belong to Apple. You should be able to play them with any player that supports AAC, like VLC. .m4p and .m4v a...

As far as I'm aware, Burton LOVES musicals; it's Johnny Depp who isn't very fond of them. Burton sold him on the part by pushing a CD of Sweeney Todd on him, and, well, he loved it. (from Wikipedia, so I'm not sure 'bout the accuracy) The Depp bit is pretty verifiable. He did specifically request t...

This movie scared me shitless. I'm not sure why, but it terrified the living daylights out of me. There wasn't anything particularly scary in it, but I was scared by it.
