100m: 11.97s
200m: 23.13s (I think, It was something in between .15 and .10)

10km: 44min 54sec (pretty good for a sprinter :) )

Bench press: 55kg X1 (arm strenght sucks)
Leg press: 180kg X2 (couldn't move 185kg :) )

If the laptop is still working why not clean it up and sell it to someone or give to family? I take it can still be used for normal use (Internet and E-mail with some Word and stuff)

i put an average of almost 10 miles a DAY on mine, and its still in pristine condition. can't beat that for durability 10 miles a day on a road bike? And you say it is durable? I better hope that a road bike can handle 10 miles a day. Else you wasted your money. it's also worth finding out if there...

A good idea is to go to a dietician. They know a lot about this and can give you loads of recipes and tips about good stuff you can eat when you have celiac. I also think that in a good bookstore you would also be able to find a gluten-free cookbook which will probably have a lot of tips and tricks ...
