I've hung around in many old man pubs in the good old UK and I've never heard of this before.

Re: What **should** you be doing right now?

Doing a report on pinch technology. Why did I decide to do interesting stuff two weekends in a row, so I'm currently sat in Chem Eng being bored. Bleh, only another 1,500 words to do.

Re: Today You Learned

I learnt that it's not a good idea to have two weekend trips when you've also got two pieces of coursework due in. On the plus side, I've got no lectures tomorrow, so will spend the day in Chem Eng finishing these stupid things.

Re: Boy Thread: All the good names were taken

Reminds me of that old cooking show, "Two Fat Ladies". Man, that was an awesome cooking show. Every episode had a number of dishes, each of which was a "manly" as the dish in that link. I remember one meat pie they made with bacon as a crust, and butter was a significant ingredi...

At my last check, I was -6.5 in my right, and -7.5 in my left. That was about two years ago though, but it hadn't changed at all in the year before that.

Re: Organ Donation (After Death)

I've got an actual organ donor card in my wallet, as well as my drivers license and my Boot's card which both say that I'm happy for them to take whatever the hell they think they can use. Far as I'm concerned, once I'm dead, those organs aren't going to be any use to me, so they might as well go to...

One of my friends is in a society at uni, and every year they have a Secretary's pubcrawl. You all have to dress up as either a secretary, or the person who is the secretary of the society.

Re: Themed Parties

Rubik's cube party was probably the weirdest one - you had to go dressed up in all the colours of a rubik's cube, then swap clothes with people through the evening so you ended up in just one colour.

I maintain that if you're going to put your penis in something, you should understand how it works first. Sheesh. Yeah, all my male friends have had periods and stuff like that explained to them, and some of them have even to buy either painkillers or period stuff for one of the women. My friend's ...

What I don't get is that when I do get cramps, then my thighs decide to cramp as well. This is *not cool*, and hurts like, well, your thighs cramping. Just means I can't go out on my bike, which sucks, as that's mainly how I get around.

At home, I like having milk in my tea and coffee. At uni, it depends if I have any milk that's not gone off, but I'm also happy to have my tea or coffee without milk in. I'm not a fan of sugar in either though.

I actually prefer english pancakes - they are thin and crispy and you can eat more of them. You have to have lemon and sugar for them though.
