Granted. The song is a techno poorly done house remix of 'Never Gonna Give You Up' by Rick Astley. It gets old quick.

I wish that I could meet Robert M. Pirsig and ask him what he thinks of Rise Against.

I may or may not have torrented the book in question here... I'm only on page 34, according to the file... I keep having the feeling that I'm overlooking something of importance, that I'm missing something of minute detail that might explain something later. The overlapping stories mixed with editor...

Re: Books You Believe Every Book Reader Should Read.

A note for the David and Leigh Edding's fans... Regina's Song is a departure from their usual fare, but definitely worth a lookin' into. Normal Earth, twin biology, nuthouses, and serial murders. With curare and linoleum knives. Don't mind the entire page of rant at the barnes and noble page. That m...

A few of these were mentioned before. Some, sadly, were not. Spoiler'd for length. The great graphic novels have been listed already. Not many philosophical entries though; let's fix that. Siddhartha-Herman Hesse, The Alchemist- Paolo Cuelho Zen and the Art of Motorcyle Maintenance- Robert M. Pi...

Confession: I think that I_D is probably the person closest to developing telepathic powers on the planet. If they had any idea how smart they were, they would probably dominate the planet within a few years.

I've been listening to 'Scotty Doesn't Know' quite a bit lately.

It IS rather catchy.

The Witcher

I didn't see a topic for this game anywhere, but I think it deserves a spotlight. The main character is a womanizing badass who destroys pretty much anything in his way, to include Cthulu's little buddies and death itself. The story is convoluted in ways that stretch from the beginning to the end of...

The funny thing is I already chose the latter option. My job is pretty boring, but the guys I work with are OK. Most of the time. Great stories.

I don't think the two can be compared in the way you guys are trying... Their histories were so intertwined in the story because they were close... Spike's...
