I understood everything until I got to TLDR. It's essentially the internet word for "summary". It comes from "too long, didn't read" and is also written as "TL,DR". It's sometimes used as a (not so nice) way of saying that the poster can't be bothered reading something...

Why is it unfair to change the deck if the deck is stacked? A CW doesn't change the deck. It merely makes winning (and therefore playing) less interesting. I do advocate changing the deck under certain circumstances (laws designed to rein in abuse of power). But I do not advocate changing the game....
