I'm halfway through Anna Karenina, The Bonesetter's Daughter and Catcher in the Rye =) Although, the reason I've stopped halfway through Anna Karenina is because I've only got the 1st volume : / ..Hopefully, I'll get the rest off a friend...Sigh.

Re: What is your favourite book?

Mhm..you're right a nearly impossible question to answer...I wouldn't call these my favourites per se, but they are books that I've read not so recently but really liked: The Dark Elf Trilogy by R.A. Salvatore - [The Icewind Dale trilogy is alright] Life, the universe and everything - Douglas Adams ...

Re: University of Waterloo!

So, you're considering transferring before you've even come here? Doesn't that strike you as kind of ridiculous? This is the only university I've attended, so I really can't compare it to any others for you. Also, I'm not in the faculty you're interested in, so anything I know about your prospectiv...

Re: University of Waterloo!

Hmm.. not many UofW fans here, eh? :S.. But I hear the engineering program at UofW is a lot better than that at UofT...?
So here's a Q..If someone wants to transfer from UofW to UofT, how many credits do you lose, if any?

Re: Simple Question = Silly Answer

Because the lead singer was attacked by a radio active cat (it had 18 lives). The cat scratched his vocal cords, and gave him cancer. He sucks now because he sounds of death. Why do girls ask questions like "does this dress make me look fat" or, "how much do you think I weigh?"?...

As has been mentioned many, many times, anything by Douglas Adams or Bill Bryson. A few things by Eoin Colfer used to make me laugh, but not anymore. Also, I laugh harder every time I read the Twilight series *hides in a corner and hopes the Twilight fans don't try to suck my blood* LOL Twilight cr...

Re: Eeverything is briiight (Code Geass R2) *spoilers*

What was sad about the ending? See here for recommendations. I know most of you believe Lelouch to be alive, but as much as I want to, I think for Lelouch to have sacrificed himself at the end was the best thing that could've happened, and probably the most noble way for him to have died. And even ...

The Noble series by Katie Mcalister! Its a series: Noble Intentions, Noble Destiny, and The trouble with Harry - (these are categorized under romance, however) I distinctly liked the Noble Destiny - Her sense of humour strikes you when you least expect it; I really like that. Definitely a good read....

Ugh. Tom's Midnight Garden. I swear that book was such awfulness - NO ONE deserves to read that the first time they study literature, lol.
