I recently made some coconut crusted fish* with a sweet and sour dipping sauce. Really tasty. Don't have the recipe for the sauce down here, though.

I even forget what it had for the sour element. I'll post back tomorrow, maybe. :-)

*'fish' would be any of the type that is good for pan-frying.
