For domain registration I probably wouldn't go past DreamHost. They allow $10 registration and they're a pretty awesome registrar. I'd go with NearlyFreeSpeech.net for actual hosting though, unless you're planning on heavy heavy traffic.

The image is blurry as hell, but as the technology matures it may get a little better. Either way - I'm amazed that they pulled this off. Yeah, NViDiA's solution actually works really well. As far as I can tell, the issues with not being able to control focus become much less noticeable with them, I tried it out at PAX '09.
