They could start by not running this stuff on Windows. Build more networks; pay some people for intelligence testing, set up some redundancy and ban windows = solved.

I don't think they need to pay a guy thousands of dollars to tell them that.

While I think it's great that the man won the case... The Pirate Bay is safe. It actually runs on various servers in various locations now - there's no "one server" to take down. Apparently even the TPB founders don't know where most of the servers are run from now. Even if they eventually...
