They're useful for travel if you don't want to have to remember where you put your sunglasses, or don't want to risk losing whichever pair you aren't wearing. Like on a cruise for example :D

Granted, you are given a lovable dolphin named Skippy that is then shot out of a canon to fly through the upper atmosphere. We neglected to give him a parachute though.

I only have trouble with left v. right when it comes to looking through a mirror, more specifically my rear-view mirror. Like I'll see a turn signal in my mirror and I'll need to think about it for a good second before I realize right is right in that mirror. I'd like to see a kid walk around...

Re: Advice on parsing text out of image program

The tables are generated from a database searching program. As you noticed, they leave blanks when there is no data for the field. As far as I know there is no way to export the datas from the program itself, and I have no idea how to write a program to hook into it and alter it. Would that be an ea...

Eh, I used to play FFXI a lot, and even when we did endgame stuff, I generally had a rule that unless it was something major (like maybe once a month TOPS), I DID NOT sacrifice sleep. Ever. I figure it starts out, you sacrifice sleep, then you start to sacrifice school/work a little, then hygiene.....

Optical Character Recognition, yes thats what I want to try implementing! I wasn't sure what to call it

I think if I can really put forth some effort and write a top notch design, I might be able to buy one for my work. I'll start tinkering with as many as I can find. Thanks!

I use OpenOffice.

I'd like a 'simple' mode where you just have your basic tools for writing a paper. i.e. page numbers, fonts, margins, spacing. I spend more time looking through menus for 'that one thing' than I do using things in the menu :|

Advice on parsing text out of image program

I've been thinking about writing a program that could read a screenshot of a table and exporting the fields into excel. The table stays in the same order no matter what, and I'm nearly 100% sure it is always the same width. The text font always stays the same and the fields either contain uppercase ...

Whats a good method to insert due process but still take into consideration the fact that the person being charged is more than likely not going to show. File charges. Ask Yemen to extradite him.
