I guess this is the most appropriate place to put this... first, I fail or totally missing the "you have to do an intro thing first," and now I can't find an intro post, so I figured I'd post here just to be safe. =( My apologies for not reading the rules well enough the first time around...

Admins should have access to the log of activities that mods and higher get up to.

Not true, in phpBB at least.

And no, there are no "restricted forums" that have been created for it to be moved to - every mod can see any hidden forums (yes, there are several), so I'd know if a "hiding Intro thread here" forum popped up.

Some mods not being able to see it and others being able to means it's pretty obvious it's not in a hidden forum.

Oh please, actually look up information on the software. There is no log.

I do that too, but for an entirely different reason.

Sorry, it looked like the forum I ran ages ago. Okay, started a year ago and it died off a few months ago.

Mathematician is a function mapping tea onto theorems. Sadly this function is irreversible.

If it's still there, then I can't see it, regardless of browser, cache, computer, and whether I'm logged in or not.

Sorry if I jumped to conclusions, but a restricted forum still seems possible. I mean, belial couldn't see the mod forum when he was a mod for some time, right?
