Refinery with fewer harvesters assigned: build harvester closest to my base
Constructor near headquarter: build Factory.
HQ upgrade to lvl. 2
HQ build constructors; at r21 and s21
(now I have a HQ lvl 2, so...) Factory upgrade to lvl. 2
(I have no idea how many resources I've used by now. Or whether I can build all these in the same turn, or whether I'd have to wait a turn to upgrade my newly built factory. Just stop processing build actions once I run out.)
Factory build Radar.
Constructor t17t15 build ravager turret at s14 (don't move if I don't have the resources to do this.)

I'm not sure at all, patzer has exhausted his base resources, and most of that money went into Harvesters. Snark is the opposite, he has lost many units, but did so slowing down ODF considerably. Also, Snark has yet to collect most of his resources, while Eomund is going to exhaust his base resources soon.

All players have used very different strategies, I'm looking forward to see who comes up ahead, even ODF doesn't look as bad as he was (at some point it seemed he could suddenly lose).

Units can't be ordered to shoot enemies that are this round under fog, unless you know those enemies are there, or specify coordinates to be attacked under fog where you suspect there's an enemy.

Sentinel turrets:
Shoot both black tanks, black harvester and black boat.

Ravager turret: shoot black dock.

Snipers: shoot black aircraft if it is/comes within range. Shoot any other enemy that comes within range if the black aircraft does not.

Ballista l21j20 shoot anything that comes within range

Refineries not at my base: build 1 harvester each, near the resources but furthest away from the enemy.

Constructors:
r21p19 build HQ at p17p18
t21v19 build Solar Panel at v18

HQ build r21 and r25

Factory build radar at o21
Barracks build sniper at r16
