It's not your fault if they're offended. But you could still change your emoji and no harm done.

Maybe try calming music in headphones and cover things you feel you shouldn't be doing right now under a physical barrier?

Throw away your computer and become a hermit. Or just backup everything important to the cloud.

My bookshelf uses weird shelf pins, so it's cheaper to buy a replacement bookshelf from a thrift store than to buy pins to replace the 8 that are missing, but I haven't found a bookshelf I like at any of the local thrift stores.

Based on a quick Google search for home remedies, you can treat both issues simultaneously with either apple cider vinegar, ginger, or chamomile.

I don't know how effective those home remedies are.

Is 38% worrying to you? I'd consider that good to go for at least another of hour. So, take a couple of deep breaths and get that worry out of your mind. If changing your frame of mind doesn't work, you could try buying a dumbphone. I have one of those too, and 38% would equal roughly another week.

Slam your head against your desk as hard as you can. You won't notice the pain in your wrist any more.

Invent a time machine and visit the future to see whether you should be worried about it.

I'm on a trip to Los Angeles; I completed what I came here to do, but I'll still be here another 2 days (or 2.5 days if I feel like staying a little longer) and don't know what I should do with that time.
