This sounds like a sweet game. My list:
1. A pencil (or other office-supplies) sculpture that SOMEBODY ELSE MADE, AND NOT AT YOUR REQUEST
2. Two rubber frogs. Not one. Mirrors and mirror filters also do not count
3. A peanut-butter-saltine sandwich at least 30 layers high.
4. A person with hands small enough that yours can entirely enclose them (photo must be proof of this fact)
5. Enough books by a single author to fully cover your face

My entries:
Five clocks (and a watch). The microwave has a clock, too, but it wouldn't show in the shot.
Image

A previous-gen computer (450 mhz ftw)
Image

Playing a game on a mac. first is the game and mac, second is me attempting to play it one-handed. Believe it or not, the second photo was the best shot I could get.

Here's the face-covering books thing.
Author: Mike Mignola (I checked, he at least plotted all of these)

I love me some B.P.R.D./Hellboy.
(I guess the proof of it being yours is out, or what? I should have attached a paper with my name on it, I suppose.)

Ooh, can I play? Edited for easier-ness.

A cat with a lolcat phrase in the photo
A nice action shot of an exploded egg exploding in a microwave, with onlookers fleeing in terror.
A baby in a top hat and/or sporting a monocle.
A monopoly hotel on your street. (Some perspective manipulation required)
A home-made trebuchet (ideally out of stationary/matchboxes/spoons, etc.)

So if you have a cat, an egg, a monocle/top hat, monopoly, or any stationary, it should be a lot easier now!
(Also, can double points be awarded for the trebuchet construction?)

*comes in carrying bags of points*
Whoops, sorry for the delay

Rodan: 16 points (for shoe)
Mat: 8 points (for book)
N3P: 16 points (for large flat object)
N3P: 16 points (for chain of clips) (Okay, I'll accept it)
Keo: 8 points (for chain of clips)
Keo: 8 points (for large flat object)
Moo: 4 points (for chain of paper clips)
Moo: 16 points (for sugar bags)
Moo: 4 points (for large flat object)

N3P: 8 points (for discarded shoe)

So in total:

@Ducknerd, please see what I told Fellstaff as this (in my opinion) applies to you too: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=18096&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=93
@Fellstaff, cool, I was worried you would take offense.

Will tally the points for my requests in a bit, in the meantime:
For crazyjimbo:
Spoiler:
A girl sucking a lemon. Me. I'm a girl, promise.
Image

For keo:
Spoiler:
Here are three spoons with faces. Edited to insert Beanie Cow posing on my (eek dirty!) oven grip to show I took the spoons pictures. I had already rinsed the spoons and got rid of the (damn still too runny) icing sugar by the time I remembered about Beanie Cow. Other mediums of face drawing (i.e. pen) failed at showing up in reflective spoons.

Thats 5 entries for the moon so heres a new one:
Somebody juggling fruit (at least 2 of them must be in the air in the photo)

Felstaff, can you change the lolcat one? We already have two that are similar. (Micco asked for a cat and Moo asked for a lolworthy cat)

Updated, with all mentions of "cat" removed:

A human chalk outline in a peculiar pose. (a la "crime-scene")
An exploded egg
A top hat and/or monocle.
A monopoly hotel

This sounds like a good time.
My list:
Your 5 star score on Guitar Hero on any song on Hard or Expert
A ukulele
Something scaring a housepet
A stack of CDs (in their cases or not) higher than your knee
An Onion article (not on the interweb)

I got some pictures done, will get more up soon once my crappy digital camera recharges.
Spoiler:

Me juggling plums. I know it's blurry, but i guarantee that two plums were in the air at the time. I knew being able to juggle would come in handy some day

Points time!
Mat +8 for lots of colours;
Micco +16 for old computer;
Micco +4 for lots of colours;
Number3Pencil +16 for transient arty snowman;
ducknerd +8 for old computer

That leaves my requests at:
0 down, 5 left: A moving headstone/gravestone - your choice of definitions for "moving";
1 down, 4 left: Transient art;
0 down, 5 left: A real life lolworthy cat;
3 down, 2 left: All the colours of the rainbow in one picture;
2 down, 3 left: A previous generation computer.

Lastly, here's a cat for Micco:

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooo! My camera be dead and Hubby has had one of his :evil: cleaning sessions :evil: which means he's put my charger somewhere and doesn't have a clue where now.

BTW, A meek and pathetic objection to items that require a specific skill (I suck at Guitar Hero). I was really hoping this game would keep being lists of items that you could find if you just tried a little. I realize how much I'm bitching about lists, sorry.

heh, Moo. I don't even have a game console that has a Guitar Hero game on it, unless they released a DS version somewhere. ;)

But there is still enough that you can find if you really try.

My list again, with a tally of how many times they have been photographed already:
1) a discarded shoe on the side of the road, preferably a right one. III
2) An old book III
3) a chain of paperclips III
4) a collection of sugar bags III
5) a large flat object III

(As you can see, it's three for all)

I have yet been unable to really hunt for the items sought. :(

But with every person joining the game those things that are reasonable to find is getting fewer and fewer. I have a pretty frigging busy life, I can't spend all my time "really trying" to find these obscure things. Don't get me wrong, I FULLY realize this is not just about me, I just think it would be a shame if the game fell flat because everything became too hard to find.

True. A bit of work needed for the entry would be nice, but don't make it too hard.
For instance the idea of photographing a euphemism is genius, it's harder than just photographing an object, but it's not impossible.

Keo agrees that anyone should have a reasonable chance of being able to photo pretty much any of the items. He believes this should be equal opportunity for anyone to make a fool of themselves and would advise against the following:

- Country specific items/situations
- Items/Situations requiring anyone to own a specific console/game/item/Otter
- (if we can simply go find one in a shop and take a pic there then no worries :) )
- Eating yellow snow

He also states for the record that he is talking in 3rd person as sorting stacks of train tickets at work is driving him insane.

EDIT: Ohh & he will also be along with a bag of points as soon as this pile of work in my in tray is outa the way.

Oh and Moo does like Rodan's cow :D - a wise elder cow by the looks of him.

For #3P: creepy eyes. These are my eyes, from Halloween. As such the pic does not contain Beanie Cow, all you have is my word that this is my own photo. Will you accept that?

Spoiler:

For willwithskills: a stack of CDs above my knee. Labels added because of poor quality, due to crappy camera and how hard it is to take a pic at this angle myself with said crap camera. This is a small, small selection from Hubby's few thousand strong collection.
Spoiler:

For fellstaff: I've got a (crap low quality cellphone camera) video clip of an egg "exploding" in the microwave but you see mostly microwave door mesh and just, barely, hear a faint pop. I may have to present this if nothing else comes to fruition but it's frankly awful so I won't just yet.

aw man... now my tower of CDs doesn't count anymore, does it? :) (I could've made it higher, but I thought it would be enough. the perspective is a little off, the stack was actually higher than my knee, but my tripod is a little Gorilla-pod, they don't reach that high. ;)

btw +2 points for Moo for the shoe. (hey that rhymes) :)

btw for the chicken, I was thinking of this.
Here you have MadJo, bravely running away. If it doesn't count... no matter, I had fun taking the picture, my neighbours now think I'm bit-shat crazy. :)

I recently found that the staples I put aside to let rust are galvanised, it may take longer than I expected...

I didn't mean to start some sort of CD stack war, I just can't resist using that phrase when I have the chance :lol:

Madjo, dit ben heel fraai (is that right?).
Madjo +2 (not 4! sorry) for lots of colours

That leaves my requests at:
0 down, 5 left: A moving headstone/gravestone - your choice of definitions for "moving";
1 down, 4 left: Transient art;
0 down, 5 left: A real life lolworthy cat;
4 down, 1 left: All the colours of the rainbow in one picture;
2 down, 3 left: A previous generation computer.

For Mat, I present, behold... a cake shaped like the internet!
