This would be the Stapler encased in jelly:

i.e., a mini-stapler spread with jelly (not jell-o, since jell-o =/= jelly), poured with water, frozen, then taken out, put on a paper towel and photographed.
I couldn't do the finger thing, since my camera has no flash, and it's dark, so I had to hold a lamp over the stapler with my left hand, so I scribbled "Rodan" on the towel. I hope that's acceptable.
It's only partly encased, but it is pretty well glazed.
It had better be worth 16 points.

The person can make a new request and you get different points for finding an archived item. I just can't decide if it should be more or less.
