I like the flaming top hat. I don't know what Phicorp is... *Googles* Evidently it has something to do with Torchwood/Dr. Who.

This is obviously a mashup of two things Neil enjoys, Dr. Who and the Time thread. As such, it is a great visual representation of Neil's online persona.

An xkcd cartoon. 9.5/10.

Batman is awesome.

Making fun of Batman through exaggerated art is awesomer. Plus, it just makes you want to laugh at whatever Batman is laughing at.

It's an important logo in Miracle Day, the fourth season of Torchwood. Torchwood is the reason I started with dr Who.
Warning: real Torchwood spoiler:
Spoiler:
I quite like the extreme nastyness of Phicorp. Especially nasty were the overflowcamps where this was originally from. They are an awesome evil corporation.

I sort of get the feeling he is laughing at me. That gives me the feeling I am going to be pummeled quite soon.

I like the fact that it is a part of an XKCD. Although, I can't find which one. Despite the surrealism of this particular one I don't think it's a really good one. 8/10 for it being an XKCD.

I like the cute little brainslugs, and the Saturn hat is funny in the context that it was created. It doesn't have a face, though (brainslugs don't count), as such it feels impersonal.

A sad anthropomorphism of Rainbow Dash wearing a dark hooded shirt. I have no idea how I know it is Rainbow Dash, since I have never seen the show before in my life. But otherwise fairly cute.

I know it's technically only "Rate the avatar above you", but some sort of reasoning behind the rating you give is generally nice. Also, I kinda, sorta feel like maybe a person ought to have some sort of, you know, avatar in order to post in this thread. That being the case, I shall rate the most recent avatar.

My first thought was "Monochrome. Classy." My second thought was "I miss the hat." Then I saw something resembling a hat. That led me to my third thought: "Looks a little more like an avatar for Martian on Earth."

Overall, I grant a rating of 9.3/10.

Maybe this. http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb2014 ... parent.png

Which I will give 4/10 for general blandness.
