Well, you'd lose if you got to take an extra turn after this one, or if there's an effect in play that will cause you to draw a card after having played that card, but that's not exactly likely. ;)

Equipped creature has shroud, protection from creatures, vigilance, is indestructable, and +6/+6.
Equipped creature cannot attack unless you pay 3.
WW,T: Destroy all creatures.

(I realized after this would have been better as a Ragnarok/Illumina card with the experience mechanic from Kamigawa.)

Uh, do you mean Look at the top card of your library during your upkeep? 'Cause cumulative implies you'd have to do it an extra time for each turn it was in play, which would be really pointless and annoying. Also, if it's just looking, that's not very powerful. Compare with Precognition, which lets you screw with an enemy's deck each turn. http://ww2.wizards.com/gatherer/CardDet ... x?&id=4717. Or Future Sight, for a similiar cost, lets you play the top card of your library as though it were in your hand.I'm an idiot you get to start the game with that in play. Cool. I'd probably play 4 just for deck thinning.

This just seems... extremely pricey. 5 mana to cast, wait a turn, and tap four creatures to put Demigod fifth from top?! That even assumes you have three other creatures in play, so no luck if anyone WOG'd. For a card specific to the Demigod, it just seems inane. Diabolic is 4 mana and would put the Demigod in your hand. The untap ability is just ridiculous, too. It's a lot of life to loose, and then you have to discard. It doesn't even seem very revengey--unless the point is you're getting revenge on yourself for playing such a stupid card.
