When Blind Faith enters play, sacrifice all creatures you control that do not share a creature type with enchanted creature.
You may not play creautre spells that do not share a creature type with enchanted creature.
Creatures you control that share a creature type with enchanted creature get +X/+X, where x is the number of creatures that share a creature type with enchanted creature.
Faith can be restrictive and xenophobic, but with the right leaders, miracles can be done.

I like this card a lot but it's pretty useless in the combination created here. How about something more like:

Instant Runes
0 - Artifact
Comes into play tapped
UUUU, T: You may play a single card from your hand without paying it's casting cost. Flip a coin. If heads, bury Instant Runes and it deals 4 damage to it's controller.

Neat card, but probably overcosted. I'd put it at 2U + 1U; that puts the big half at the same cost as Tidings, and the small half at the same cost as Divination. Fair considering each half is worse than each of those cards respectively.

Ah yes, thank you for that. That's what I was intending, I just didn't write it in. Also thanks, I haven't actually *played* Magic in years, so the new terminology, while familiar to me, doesn't come naturally.
