Gilgori Yami - BB(U/R]
Legendary Enchantment
Before you declare attackers, each opponent must select any number of creatures he or she controls. Any creature not chosen cannot block until end of turn, and each creature chosen must be selected as a blocker if able.
You must declare at least one attacker each turn.
The everlasting fog of the demon moon cloaked the army in a darkness that encroached upon the enemy, pushing the army ever forward, never stopping.

Infinity Paradox
3UUU
Legendary Enchantment

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a token that is a copy of a permanent of your choice into play.
Whenever any nonland permanent leaves play, all players sacrifice all permanents they control with the same name as that permanent.
If you control more than 8 tokens that are copies of the same permanent, end the game in a draw.

"Since the universe is always changing, no variables that pertain to a particular series of actions may be assumed to be the same in every iteration. This of course implies that infinities are actually finite and will in fact begin to reverse itself someday." - Seyren the Timecatcher, upon being asked about 'infinite' temporal loops.

Gem Shatter must be played with colored mana. Chose a color. If Gem Shatter's mana cost was payed with any other color of mana, counter it. Exile all permanents of the chosen color. Until the end of the turn, counter all spells that require mana of the chosen color to be played. (A spell that has a color present only in a hybrid mana symbol does not require that color).

Granny Weatherwax BRU
Planeswalker - Weatherwax (4)
+1: tap target creature. It does not untap during its controller's next untap step.
+1: target player discards a card at random.
-5: put a 7/7 legendary black Swarm creature token onto the battlefield. It has flying and shroud.

I tried to make her powers to be like her ability to stare people down; in this case, any creature or any player. Another version of her could definitely mess around with time (turns). I was going to be greedy and make an Ogg card, based around generating lots of stepdaughter and grandchild tokens, but decided against it in the end.]

Enchantment

All mountains you control are 3/2 Elementals with Trample. They're still lands.
RR: All mountains gain +1/+1 until the end of turn.
Sacrifice a mountain: All mountains gain +1/+1. Use this only once per turn.

The Dragonspine mountain ridge was one of the the richest veins in the world. A good deal of the dwarven race are now buried under it, and not because of cave-ins either.

Re Hollow luckstone> "Whenever a spell or ability would cause you to flip a coin, counter it. T: Target player gains control of ~".

Granny Weatherwax> The discard random ability seems overpowered at 3 mana. So is having 4 loyalty counters.

Re Wretched Blighter> "Whenever ~ is blocked, blocking creatures get -1/-1 until end of turn." (very few creatures can block multiple attackers).

Re Hectic Specimen> Why not just make him a non-Sliver that still triggers off slivers coming into play?
