Srsly people. What you want is:

Target opponent chooses four lands he or she controls. Each of those lands becomes the basic land type of your choice. (This effect doesn't end at end of turn.)

He stole food from the gods, and was forbidden to return as long as they reigned.

Btw, intentionally targetting a non-legendary when you have a legendary is a good response to an exile board wipe or "cannot be regenerated" board wipe.

Wow, I *really* like this card... I just wish there was some way to resolve the memory issues. I think I'd want to shift it to blue and drop the life loss option though; the card is too powerful with that option I think.

Hmm, what about:

Draw up to four cards, then exile Echoes of the Future with that many echo counters on it. For as long as Echoes of the Future is exiled and has at least one echo counter on it, if you would take a draw step, instead remove an echo counter from Echoes of the Future.

If you want to keep the life loss:

Exile Echoes of the Future. Draw four cards. For each card drawn this way, pay 2 life or put an echo counter on Echoes of the Future. For as long as Echoes of the Future [rest of replacement effect].

Either way: Such great mechanical ties to flavor! These are my favorite kinds of cards :-)

(Not sure of the precise wording, but basically: stop any effect from causing you to reveal cards from your hand and/or library to an opponent. If an opponent would select a card from your hand for you to discard, instead discard a card randomly).

Attacking players chose which defending creatures block which attacking creatures. They must assign a blocking creature to each attacking creature they control, if possible.
Whenever a creature blocks, it deals damage to the blocked creature equal to its power prior to combat damage resolution (It still deals combat damage as normal).
Technology will change war forever.
