(Wording is probably off. I mean whenever a player taps a snow land specifically to produce Image, which is required to cast a spell or ability.)

The closest you're going to get is "Whenever a player plays a spell or abilitiy with Image in its cost". This is for two reasons.

1. There is no such thing as "snow mana". However if there were, "using snow mana to cast a spell" would happen every time someone used mana from a land, since all lands are snow from this card.

2. If you did somehow reword the trigger condition so that it could tell when mana a land produced would be used to pay Image, the trigger condition would need to tell the future, since players activate mana abilities before costs are paid (either because that's simply the order in which things happen during the steps to play a spell/ability since you have to have the mana before you can use it, or because they tap their lands before announcing their play, which most players do).

However the reword I proposed gets really close to what you want, since if the player does tap their lands while announcing the spell, the trigger will go on the stack at the same time as it would if you had it exactly right (a trigger can't go on the stack during the process of casting something, so it'll go on the stack immediately afterward in either case).
