I managed to grab a newspaper comic and scribble on it, but I'm not quite sure if I did so within 15 seconds.

I thought so, but it was buried under too much paper for me to actually find in fifteen seconds. There's the calculator app in my palm pilot, but that's software. A different fifteen seconds brought me to the one in my drawer, but its battery was dead, and though it's also solar, I couldn't get it into the sun fast enough.

So, no.

Does a magnetron qualify as a vacuum tube?

Spoiler:
Light bulbs aren't vacuum tubes by the way, they're filled with inert gas (usually argon or nitrogen).

Probably not. There are various vinagrette dressing in the fridge, but I don't know which (if any) are "officially" Italian dressing.

A magnetron definitely counts as a vacuum tube. And yeah, about the lightbulb, right, it's not really a vacuum tube (nor does it use the properties of a vacuum like, for example, a triode or CRT). I just wanted to forestall claims of a "sixty watt bulb in the lamp next to me".

As to the germanium; I interpreted it as a germanium (diode or transistor), not a (germaninum diode) or transistor. So if that's what the OP meant, you'd need to claim that there are germanium transistors (as opposed to other kinds) in the thing you are posting from.

A non-QWERTY alphanumeric keyboard? (If a software mod makes it so, you'd need to have it done, or do it in fifteen seconds)

Do variations of QWERTY like QWERTZ count as QWERTY? In that case no, otherwise yes.

Freddino18 wrote:Do you expect me to break the thing that contains it, or can I prove that I have it just by posting this?

ucim is right, I meant germanium diode or germanium transisor, but if you posted this from a computer with germanium transistors, that's something I'd like to know more about.

Exactly half, no (except as wondered momentarily). Partially eaten, yes. But this raises the philosophical question as to whether, in the process of entirely eating something, there is always a point at which that something is exactly half eaten.
