Fortunately, she plays two characters in this movie, the protagonist and a fake throwaway protagonist who just happens to be played by the same actor.

Fortunately, it is so awesome that even after getting it on DVD a few months later you continue to watch it daily.

Thing is, that's what movies are like anyway :(
