I use a rocket and very large mass to draw the black hole away from the hill. I then nuke the hill and reassemble it from the matter and energy thus vaporized and released.

Mine.

Your nuke explodes but does not damage the hill due to the Laws of Relahillity (they were listed in the first post). As you scramble to recreate something that wasn't destroyed, I claim the hill in all its lawful glory.

I create an army of self replicating super probes to take the hill.
I then fortify the place.

You forgot to fortify the sewers...

So after sneaking in I claim the hill as mine

Sewers are now fortified.

My super probes take the hill, some of them start to constantly make decoy, my probe army is getting bigger. I fortify my Hill with massive walls, turrets, guard probes, and put the same visible fortifications on each of the hills.

puts a self replicating virus in one of the probes and waits for it to spread around the other probes.

I build a PERFECT probe proof shed...
and hang a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign

AS you leave the hill to take the shed, I nuke you and your army. I then claim the hill and warp space-time around it.

My infinite improbability drive tells spacetime to get unknotted; I shoot you with an arrow, waltz up to the hill, and re-warp spacetime around the hill.

Mine.

While you waltz to the hill, you ste on a claymore that I had set to prevent anyone from taking the hill. As you guts rain upon the earth I crawl to the hill and get a medikit to remove the arrow in my back. I now claim the hill in all its medical glory.

Medikit happened to be Cyanide...

"not good?"
"Cyanide is a perfect way to heal wounds..."

I claim hill while you take the medipack. and defend it with my fists. and a no weapons allowed sign at the bottom (sign removes all weapons you are carrying when you pass it)

I appeal to the Geneva Convention, or whatever, and get all the world powers to nuke you. In return for my heroism the UN Security Council declares The Hill a sovereign nation under a sole totalitarian ruler, namely, I, Sean Quixote.

The UN General Assembly points out that the Security Council doesn't have that power, invalidating your claim to the hill.

Still mine.

I dig under the hill, get under the bunker, place some dynamite, and due to the Law of Rehillity the hill was not destroyed but you were. So I go in the bunker, and create a giant forcefield around the hill.

MY HILLY!

Because there is no such law called the Law of Rehillity, your entire last post ceases to exist. I then claim my rightful property. My hill.

I shoot you, I then build a 100 meter deep 500 meter wide moat of magma.
I also build 2 huge 2 meter thick domes of titanium, the Magma is in-between them.
I also extend the metal to below the Hill. I put a minefield outside the domes. I also build a powerful fortress on the hill and build anti missile and aircraft turrets on each of the domes.
I claim the hill in all it's fortified glory.

I become the Doctor's next companion and tell him that there are Daleks and Cybermen inside your fort. He uses the TARDIS to get inside but finds no Daleks and no Cybermen; disgusted at my lie, he leaves me there. Before he goes, I use his sonic screwdriver to blow up your head.

My hill.

I accept the Alliance and laser the hill, killing Sean Quixote.
I then dig under the hill and make a gigantic crater, while putting rockets on the earth to move all the earth except the hill away. NOw the hill is floating in space. I also use bots to clear away the nano bots and anyone not in the alliance.

I have no shame in being naked. I cover my face so the bullets can't see it, and sneak up on you. Then, still naked mind you, I dance Party Boy Chris Pontius style with my junk in your face until you get uncomfortable and leave. Mine. 8)

I use a chainsaw to cut through the red tape, and claim the hill, which I defend with said chainsaw.
Um, this post feels devoid of content. Good luck?
For comparison, that means that if the cabbage guy from Avatar: The Last Airbender filled up his cart with lettuce instead, it would be about a quarter of a lethal dose.
