Trigonometry Joke

So I was sitting in math class today and we were learning about finding the lengths and angles of right triangles on a Cartesian Plane. You know, basic ASTC stuff. Anyway, long story short, I came up with this:

It seems to me like a lot of other people should have come up with this way before me, but I haven't seen it anywhere. Has anyone else seen this anywhere? If not, well, then, *gloats*.
I want to have Bakemaster's babies. It's possible, with science.

I wonder if you can see...

Cause... cause it's crosshairs...

We were given a problem to work on, and we had to draw out a circle on a Cartesian Plane with its centre being the origin. I looked at that, drew in a stickman, and labeled it as such.

I find it somewhat funny. It took me a minute to figure it out.

That is excellent. Make sure your school distract or classmates' parents never discover it if you want to avoid becoming the next headline on slashdot.

So, the joke is just that when you draw the unit circle on the coordinate plane, it looks like crosshairs? Or is there some hacker/gamer/obessive Counter-Strike player inside joke here I'm not getting?

Incidentally, people I know keep telling me that I look like I play Counterstrike. I have no idea why - I've only played the game about three times in my life, at friends' lan parties, I'm not particularly good, and I haven't really played any FPS since Perfect Dark on the N64.

Meh. It gets a chuckle for "Boom! Headshot!", but the Cartesian coordinates don't add much.

Yeah, the sin(theta) bit only makes sense to you because that's when you thought of it. Scratch that and just use the unit circle. Plus then your joke contains the word unit!!!!!!!
GENERATION 1-i: The first time you see this, copy it into your sig on any forum. Square it, and then add i to the generation.

Oh man Perfect Dark was awesome.

One of my friends once used the level editor to make a zombie level (all the enemies were really slow and stupid, and you get shitty weapons, and all that) and did a really good job of it.

Yeah the \sin{\theta} part makes it seem like you're trying to say something else.

Twasbrillig, you are learning the exact same things as I am. I mentioned this in an earlier post. Weird.
