Exactly.

People who find these kind of pictures scary, tend to find movies like The Ring scary. :P

Blurgh. Fecking physics. I don't understand this problem! I'm not smart enough, I can't make logical leaps like I should be able to, like my coursemates can.

I know the feeling exactly. Though, I actually have things I kinda could be doing, but I just feel like being apathetic and moping about it, personally. I do still need to pack...

As someone who has never had to pack a suit for a few-hour trip in van, does anyone have any suggestions? This is kinda something I don't really want to just come up with off the top of my head.

And then there was me. I have actually been told by someone that I took him to a level of boredom he had never experienced before. I was so proud.

See I came to a good solution for boredom not to long ago. I had two problems:

1. I was bored frequently due to large chunks of spare time with little to do

2. I was out of shape and in the "overweight" bracket on those chart things the doctors have.

So I realized I was being bored, and then sitting doing nothing. Why not focus that boredom into something productive? So I started exercising whenever I got bored. This helped me get into shape AND stop being bored all the time, it's a win-win!

I'm not saying you NEED to exercise (like I did), but hell, why not? Solves the boredom problem and there's no such thing as "in to good of shape."

I disagree. I think there would be certain health problems if you tried to become the shape of a circle or octagon. It would, however, be a good stretching exercise.

Third Question: Anything to suggest to someone who needs to lose weight and doesnt have the time to and cant go out too late in the night (as there is mugging and little lights?)

Anything. Everything. Even fidgeting in place burns calories. Anything from sit ups to dancing to music in your room... just move. Move for the sake of movement.

Beyond that, we do have a "Fit Club" forum where people could give you some advice if you're serious about wanting a little change. :)

I'm skipping maths so I could have time to call the student loans company and sort out the mess they're currently making of my loan (SAAS apparently told them I had dropped out of uni and therefore I shouldn't be getting any money from them and in fact owe them money). I've been on hold since the lines opened. The hold music is really bad dance music and the quality of the recording is really bad so the music keeps becoming really hard to even hear. I think that's bugging me more than being on hold is since if I submitted a recording that bad as part of my coursework (at the uni which I am still currently still attending and not dropped out of) it would be failed. Straight away.

Also now, after SAAS directing me to the student loans company saying that it would have to be them I contacted about it, the student loans company have told me I have to phone SAAS... This could be an interesting morning.

The level of communication between the universities, SAAS and the loan companies is pretty crappy. You would have thought they'd have sorted that out after this many years. Obviously not. Now, to class!

It is just before half past 9 in the morning and I am in the library. I am clearly insane. But at least I had to be up early already for ballet and decided I may as well come here and get some work done instead of going all the way home...I suspect the other people here have no such excuse. So they are more insane than me, at least...

Doesn't open 'til 8, so that's unlikely. Though I think they're considering making it 24 hours...

So I'm back here again after a 2 hour break to take part in a psychology experiment. I have 458 words of complete rubbish. I need a minimum of probably 1300 or so, preferably in the next hour. I am not sure how likely this is...

Hyperdrive is not a long word (but it is a very awesome word). Epäjärjestelmällistyttämättömyydellänsäkään (Finnish for something like "A person without ability to create disorder.") and metsämarjatäysmehutiivistepurkki (Berry squash container) are long words.
Also, finished making a sauna stove today.

Though Finnish (among other languages) concatenates words in a way that English doesn't, allowing much easier access to long words than in in English. But still. Magnetohydrodynamics.

Do you have stairs? I've found that stair-climbing is an excellent form of cardiovascular exercise. You don't even have to run up and down the stairs; just walking is enough to get my heart rate within target range. It can get fairly repetitive, though.

You know, it kinda saddens me that my location, while extremely helpful to identify where I am in the universe, means nothing to potential aliens, because how the hell are they going to know where the Virgo Supercluster is? We need a better way to mark positioning inside the universe that would be unambiguous (seriously? local group? nice fuck you to all the other alien's locals...).

Use the jsmath control panel to set asynchronous loading, and then set the session length to (a long time). But yeah. It's annoying. And I do so love my LaTeX-math.
