It's similar enough to uppercase phi. :P In fact when I was in uni we frequently just did that (or, more accurately, didn't bother too much about the angle of the dividing line).

Ysn's lazy post modern tuna casserole for the avant-garde bachelor.

Estimated cooking time: Less than 2 minutes.

Ingredients:
1. Instant potato mash
2. Tinned tuna (in water, not oil, ... well, oil probably works too, but it's gonna get greasy)
3. Water

Cooking:
1. Pour water and tuna tin contents into pot to meet the approximate requirement prescribed on the mash box.
2. Heat to a boil
3. Add instant mash and stir until it sets
4. Eat (needless to say, directly from the pot. If you put it on a plate, you need to clean that later. Sheesh.)

Note, ingredients can be replaced by a pizza and cooking eliminated if you can be arsed to get dressed and leave your apartment.
I edit my posts a lot and sometimes the words wrong order words appear in sentences get messed up.

3 Rhinos = 17 Lemurs = 2 Giraffes = 72 marsupials = 357 House Spiders = 12 Gorillas = 2 Greenbacks.

All of them however, with their weight combined, equal your mom.

I wonder what would happen if it was possible to move Mars on the other side of earths orbit...

Maybe it would stop being such a cold place among other things... what with it being the habitable zone.

Though it would probably take a long ass time to see any changes happen.... but I'm curious what would happen immediately afterward. :P

When you are looking to start a new exercise program, it is important to do the following, and not anything else, as anything else will probably be sub-optimal unless you have health issues which prevent you from performing any of the exercises properly.

A Workout:
3x5 Squats
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift

B Workout:
3x5 Squats
3x5 Overhead press
5x3 Power Cleans

You should be working out three times a week, alternating A and B. You should be using as much weight as you can and still complete the exercise with proper form. Each time you head to the gym you should be increasing the amount of weight you have on each exercise. Ie, Squat 135 lbs monday, 140lbs Wednesday, 145 lbs friday.

While executing this starter program, you should be sure you are eating a slight caloric excess, and insure you are eating lots of protein which will promote muscle growth. Please ensure you are using proper form, including full squats. You should be able to maintain the linear periodization program for between 3 and 9 months, at which point, you will need to switch to a longer periodization schedule.

For more information, look up the book Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe.

Phht, it's a design flaw that needs fixed at some point (you can't select multiple nodes, let alone export them, though you can export ALL the nodes, but as that number is some 31,000... it's easier to export the individual ones).

Also, 10 more minutes till weekend... noooo, must... try... worky... do... oooooo pretty fora....
