Why not? Seems like an accurate description.

I'd be more frightened if giraffes didn't have sex. Actually, something that large producing by mitosis would be kind of awesome.

Last night on Jeopardy, there was a biblical question that basically asked for the name of the man who was swallowed by a whale.

I said "Pinocchio."

Wait, it gets worse. Then I said, "Oh, wait, biblical? Geppetto."

Then I remembered that I always confuse "Geppetto" with "Gezpatcho," so I said that instead. I was shocked when the answer was actually "Jonah."

I've been starting to count whales and dolphins as fishes lately. I still count them as mammals, but they are also fishes.

I love how the standard reply to "it's unrealistic that Jonah would be swallowed by a whale" is "the bible actually says giant fish."

Sharks can fit the description, like how sharks eat their young for some reason. Though that's kind of a stretch since sharks usually tear their food into managable bits before they swallow it.

I'm not sure that taxonomy was particularly precise back when the story of Jonah was written.

Also, there are certainly freshwater fish that grown big enough to eat a person. some catfish get scary big.

Omnomnom

A whale of some sort seems more likely as they have these huge vacuum cleaner-like m ouths. I think.

Edit: For catfish see River Monsters.

Only in fancy restaurants.

And yeah not a killer whale. But I think I found the answer. It's not a shark and it ain't a whale. ( I think it belongs to shark family tree thingy though ) It's a shark whale!

Aquariums are so neat. We have a pretty big one in Rotterdam, which is pretty close, but it's expensive and I've seen it hundreds of times ( Spoiled, I know )

Also, I'm 4382.31 miles away from the Georgia Aquarium. :(

The Lincoln Lawyer looks interesting. Looks like some good acting. The subtle threat scene touched a nerve. Sure can relate to Chuy. I didn't get to read 9 dragons. Someone in Newcastle has it. I'll see it this summer. What I can't see is the marketing cost. Rango is up 70 (production cost), but I don't know what the advertising budget was/is. Big fan of the Rango movie. Why is motion capture so expensive? Does production cost include ad cost? Limitless had low overhead. My summer list.

1. Rango
2. Limitless
3. Your Highness
4. Arthur
5. Lincoln Lawyer

In that order.

HOLY FUCK SPIDERS ARE THE MOST GODAWFUL THING IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSE

I should stop reading about spider anatomy. All I wanted to know is what mechanism they use to remove blood from their limbs after they've inflated them (horrifying enough already) and then I learn shit about how their hearts are tubes and they have a giant sack of blood in them and OH GOD THE HORROR and I still haven't found out what I wanted to know.
