Had a dream a long time ago (maybe 2 years), where I booked a flight to New York. Forgot about it really, just a dream, right?

Last night, dreamt that the flight was tomorrow and I couldn't find the tickets because I'd booked them so long ago! Weird. Scary.

I've been playing minecraft too much lately. I just tried to use shift to not fall off a ledge in an entirely unrelated game with no such functionality.

Easy to fix - just play one of the old Tomb Raider games instead, then it'll actually work!

Incidentally, I do the exact opposite - ever since they added "double-tap forwards to sprint", which is the same command as in Arma 2, I keep trying to use other Arma 2 commands in Minecraft.

I once walked into a university corridor at night, and noticed that the light above me was broken, leaving a dark patch in an otherwise bright corridor. I very briefly thought something along the lines of "good, I'm invisible", before I realised that I wasn't playing Splinter Cell.

I do the Minecraft equivalent: I avoid the dark corners, because I know they're not bright enough to prevent mobs from spawning.

I also now see creepers everywhere.

One sound: SSSSSSSSSSSS

Shrugs. Only obscures the initial subject with a third-person conjugation. Follows standard English constructions afterwards. Finds "Worried about creepers in his/her/its residence once" to point too much towards an incorrect location (see: any possible residence except the speaker’s). Would have rearranged the sentence (and probably split it) to obscure the location, if desired.

Later thought: "Worried about creepers in a dark area once." Contains all of the necessary information without first-person. Likes this over the original sentence.
farnsworth wrote:"Worried about creepers in personal residence once."

Sounds awkward after adding a subject. "They/I/You worried about creepers in personal residence once."

Hey, it's better than yesterday - rushing patients to resus is exciting, but I'd rather not have that kind of excitement.
