Bah, I made the best cold food when I had one a few weeks ago. Pizza, heavy on the garlic, and cheesecake.

Yes. Just keep him as far away from the main plot as possible. (Which is an exaggeration, but the resolutions of Eleven's series never seem to be as satisfying as the Tenth Doctor's.)

I was mostly frustrated with Ten's resolutions. Felt too epic. Walking avatar of of unbelievable awesomeness just isn't becoming for the doctor.

A bit, yeah, but I liked the contrast with his awesomeness and his sort-of-downfall in the 2009 specials. As opposed to Eleven, who was consistently awesome and supposed to rise higher than ever before then fall so much further... and then he was still awesome.

Zombies. Would they susceptible to Jedi Mind Tricks? Do they have minds that can be tricked, if so, are they considered weak minded?

Depends on what flavor of zombies you're dealing with.

The smarter zombies are more likely to have minds to trick. Here is a popular zombie chart to use as reference:

I would imagine a zombie is motivated greatly by its limbic system, acting solely on desires and whatnot. I also would assume Jedis would control the frontal lobe, influencing thinking and feeling. If I am wrong about either of these, it should work out.

Is it weird to scope out a good grocery store instead of settling for the one closest to my apartment? I found a wonderful little neighborhood market called Fresh & Easy today. It's a pretty neat store and so much nicer than the larger supermarket down the road, which isn't even all that bad.

You're to be forgiven for not knowing this (on account of having just returned to civilization) but Fresh & Easy is none of a) a neighborhood market, b) fresh, nor c) easy. In fact, it's the soulless American fortress of British megacorp Tesco. There was a big kerfluffle when they came to CA/NV/AZ(?) because the grocery unions thought having purely automated checkstands (and so no cashiers) would work against their interests.

I already knew it was a chain (they are everywhere here) and that it's owned by Tesco (after looking it up on Wikipedia), but it's nicer than the Smith's and the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market (which is really creepy) within the same area. I hate to say it, but I actually think the grocery stores in Alaska were nicer than some of the grocery stores here. I miss Fred Meyer. :(

I don't think he's fallen yet - that's supposed to happen next season.

Weird. Saw a guy with a license plate that said '133t' a few days ago, then again this morning. Yeah we must be taking the same route, but still with the amount of traffic around here the odds seem low to run into people that often.
