You know how some people tell you that "country air is so fresh"? Well that is bullshit. I live in the country, and it smells like rotting leaves and dead animals outside. And when the fields dry, the farmers will start spreading shit to them, and it smells horrible.
But on the bright side, there is less dust in the air than in the city.

Same thing of the air smelling great near the water or something like that. You pay to come here so you can smell dead fish?

You know you're having a weird day when your girlfriend calls just as you're looking up porn. Which begs the question, why was I looking up porn anyway? I have a girlfriend.

Now I have a headache. OUCH.

Well, it wasn't the world's largest, but it was fairly big.

No actually, I should go to the park more often as that is the place where it is easiest to get one's hands dirty without trying. Plus, I haven't climbed a tree in ages.

For whatever reason, I have a much higher tolerance for germs on things outside. Touching a dollar bill makes me unable to function until I get my hands washed, but I'm relatively fine with touching brick walls/stop signs/trees/other stuff of that nature as long as I don't touch anything that is mine afterwards.

I just realized that half of my ideas don't work, half of them are stupid, and half ignore basic principles of mathematics and physics.

and also, half are bad jokes.

did you know, every time you touch a door handle, there is a 1 in 7 chance someone masturbated, didn't wash their hands, and touched that before you?

And yet there's only a 1 in 300 chance that they were masturbating to thoughts of you. :(

Doesn't surprise me in the least.

Also, door handles don't count as being outside. Even if they are on the outside of a building.

I just took the time to look up Ren and Stimpy, one of my favorite television shows as a kid. This explains many things.

R&S: "We are selling rubber nipples."
Horse: "Do you have any rubber walrus protectors?"
Walrus: "Call the police..."

Today I decided to pick 2 random letters to start a library of congress call number, then go up into the library archives to find a book. I went to that shelf, and the first book I saw was about mysticism (ecstatic poetry to be exact). I guess that is a funny coincidence? But the book actually turned out really interesting.

Another time I just wanted to go up in the archives and read in one of the study carrels. On the elevator up, I saw a crudely-drawn vulva with something vulgar about Asian girls written next to it. Whatever. When I got to my floor, I went to one of about 50 carrels lining the walls. When I sat down and looked up, I saw the exact same graffiti on the shelf. :<

Mostly I thought it was funny to think of rude pranksters running about in the archives, since I also found a bunch of cigarette butts and graffiti at the top of the stairwell leading to the roof.

RT: Maaan, putting my dreads in is going to take aaages. I've been at it for four hours and I've only done seven. And I have a lot of hair. I'm fairly certain I'll be going to school tomorrow with half a head of dreads (well, if I'm lucky and this starts to speed up once I get into the hang of it) and look really rather odd.

Did you get the Knotty Boy kit? I have that one. The wax smells so nice. Can't wait 'till I can convince my dad to put my dreads in for me. I'll pick out a good weekend, and I'll get some DVDs on, and we can sit and watch 'em whilst he dreads me up.

Sooo I just learned that Paganfest (awesome metal festival) is going to be *really* close by on in May, and we don't get metal concerts here so it's a surprize, and I like the bands playing but I am 99.8 percent sure I am not going to be able to go. And I would really, really, love to. :(

I live in the US, but the problem would more be my parents. It's still about an hour away, and they don't really like metal and wouldn't want to just leave me there (I am not sure telling them "oh don't worry this guy I met online will be there" would be any help). I don't really ever go anywhere, so they would want to accompany me and such... and although one of my friends likes some metal her parents are over-controlling and I now she wouldn't be able to go, so I am stuck. Grrrrrrrrrr. But thanks for offering.

Despite the fact my camping trip sucked, it has inspired a new life goal of mine:
1: Learn to play guitar.
2: Learn to play Comfortably Numb's solo on it
3: Get a generator, an amp, and a guitar, and lug them to the top of one of the Appalachian mountains.
4: Wait for a night with a full moon.
5: ROCK THE FUCK OUT
