>If two black holes of exactly equal strength and mass were placed facing each other, event horizons overlapping... What would happen?
I believe they would combine and form Voltron just be a bigger black hole.

>What if you threw a pokeball at a pokeball?
I was under the impression they could only capture pokemon. Not humans, not cars, not houses, not even other pokeballs.*

>What if you released pokemon from two balls at once into an area only large enough to hold one?
Given how it appears when one is released, it may be that a pokeball does a quick scan of the area to make sure the matter will be able to occupy the space. If it cannot, it probably cancels the procedure or moves the field elsewhere. Or, I'm going to assume such safety precautions were put in to place after "The Experiment" that left two 8 year old boys scarred for life, trying to make sense of the inside out bits of what was once their squirtles.

*My impression comes from half-watching a few dozen episodes. I may be mistaken. But, if that was the case, that'd be the easiest way to get Pikachu from Ash.. Team Rocket could just shove Ash, Brock, and Misty in a couple of pokeballs and then capture Pikachu. Problem solved, right? So.. yeah, that's where I get my assumption.

I just realized how stupid Danny Phantom is. Why doesn't he just start every fight by using the Fenton Thermos to capture the ghost? He can clearly do this, as shown by many episodes, but he prefers to beat it up first, for some reason. BIG LOGIC HOLE HERE GUYS

I can't find where anymore but items can be stored in poke balls though, I mean just look at any of the pokemon video games, there are items in poke balls everywhere, it's like their universe's equivalent of a chest in a dungeon.

Why didn't the Power Rangers immediately get into their little animal vehicles and form whatzisface and stomp the bad guys before they grew to redonkulous sizes?

Why didn't Voltron immediately form the Blazing Sword and kill whatever it was, thus freeing up the last 10 minutes of the show for witty banter?

Why doesn't every fictional character with an Ultramove that always finishes the fight just do that move at the very beginning of the fight and save the hassle? Because the point of the journey isn't the destination, it's the journey. Or some other suitably philosophical sounding that's actually complete drivel (I mean, seriously, if you go on vacation the point isn't to travel to the vacation spot, it's to actually be there. As that's what a journey is.. a physical transportation from Point A to Point B. Everything else can be loosely called Life, to which you can say that the point of Life is to experience new things and always try to learn something you didn't know before, not sit in a comfortable hole and let the days blend together as one.. but even then, that's a cultural thing. Some cultures actually find that as the ideal, not the worst possible outcome)

That's why.

Because 1/2 hour TV shows would be boring if the conflict was solved in the first 5 minutes.

You'll also notice any time the hero gets smart and uses their ultimate move first, it becomes the The Worf Barrage and a new ultimate attack has to be developed/learned/found.

Reminds a video I once saw of some guys I know. They were stoned and sitting around somewhere, and one of them came up with the idea to set all the clocks to be an hour apart, so that every hour it'd be 4:20. Everyone marveled at what an awesome idea this was, until someone finally asked, "okay, how many clocks do we have?" to which someone replied, "... one."

Why does every product with a screen has to have one of those glossy screens? The get dirty and scratchy way too easily, and they must be used at a completely dark enviroment or they`ll act as mirrors.

My co-worker and I just ran through all the different work passwords we know... It's sad how many passwords are crammed into out heads... not to mention all of my personal ones on top of that....

Sigh even more sad are the ones that are a random string of numbers and letters that we ALL know...

The only time I ever memorized a random string of letters and numbers is when I was in high school and we needed them to get through the Internet blocks they put on the school computers.

When i was in High School i took a networking class, and only about 5 of us took it really seriously, and we got to help set up the network when they upgraded, so we had open internet access when we wanted it. Pretty rad

I was very lucky. My last year of high school the Christchurch Collage of Computing shut down, but all the supplies and the coolest teacher ever moved to my high school. So they started up a bunch of REAL computer classes. Like programming and multimedia and networking. Was awesome. They were polytech level stuff as well. So I have a certificate that says i can do networking shit... That is prob the reason I now have my AWESOME job.
