My brother was over the other day messing around on the computer trying to get some pictures to open. He said it didn't work...Does anyone know what a docx file is?

A .docx file is a document file made with Microsoft Word 2007. They only open on that same platform (Word 07) and your brother is probably trying to open it with an older version of word.

There's also a plugin for Word 2003 to handle them, and last I checked, OOo could read them, but not write them.

Code: Select all

enum ಠ_ಠ {°□°╰=1, °Д°╰, ಠ益ಠ╰};
void ┻━┻︵╰(ಠ_ಠ ⚠) {exit((int)⚠);}

I note that the posts on this thread are getting shorter as people push for the page-topper.

In other news, the PayPal API is such a pain in the butt. Just written an article about it, and I had to spend days deciphering my setup to work out what PayPal was looking for.

That reminds me. At some university a bunch of my friends went to last year on a school trip (don't remember which university) they used capacitors to shrink a quarter to the size of a dime. The only geeky guy I know irl decided recently that he wanted to build some capacitors just for the purpose of shrinking quarters.

I found stir fries were pretty good because they are just as quick as microwave meals (which is good for lazy people like me) plus you get lots of veg. I still have way too many vegetables left over from making the world's worst spring rolls a couple of nights ago though...

Either way, FaRT had to do it the hard way, following forum conventions against spaming etc.
