They say you never forget your first Doctor, and Eccleston was mine, but I can't seem him as anyone but the military commander guy from 28 Days Later. So, when I think of Doctor Who, I think of David Tennant.

For a second I thought this was the Doctor Who thread and was very confused by YSN's post.

Bets that the pay for that job is a pat on the head. Cumming Attractions. Add in some candy bars (nut-based preferred, like Nutrageous), some butter, and a dark room (but not too dark). There. Now shoot the pornographic film. No longer needs you. May exit through the back door.

Amendment: Back Door Negotiations. Knew there was an awful title in there somewhere. Make a story around that, and then shove naked people together. Probably all begins with a title.

But my puns are going to be so much more cringe worthy than regular horrible puns. I'm after all known to come up with things like

But on the other hand, you've got some heavy competition...

Code: Select all

enum ಠ_ಠ {°□°╰=1, °Д°╰, ಠ益ಠ╰};
void ┻━┻︵╰(ಠ_ಠ ⚠) {exit((int)⚠);}

Wonders if that is a competitive job market. Would the director care if you are more suited for the job if he/she was forced to fork over more head pats? Does not consider pornography to be high quality. Would probably hire the person who works cheaper and is more awful at doing their job of creating horrible titles.

I'm fairly convinced that any film title can be made into a porn title, simply by adding the words "re-entry".

Maybe it has to be in quotation marks?

In which case, the word re-entry is hardly unique, it's the quotation marks that make it sound like an innuendo.

Apollo "13".

Lord Of The "Rings".

X-"Men".

"Pulp" Fiction.

"Pirates" Of The "Carribean".

Lord Of The Rings: Re-Entry is definitely a porn film, though.

Only occurs if the person is exceptionally poor at creating bad titles. Evokes a bleh feeling. Do not expect more than a “hmph”. Knows a true professional when a title makes you groan as loud as one of the people in the film.

Other titles:
- Loin King
- Doctor Hoo-hoos
- The Art of Getting Off
- Aladdin: Re-Entry

James Bond themed porno:

The World Has Not a Muff
From Russia With Spankings
The Man With The Golden Cock
A Quantum Of Shagging
Thunderballs
Dr Yes, Oh Yes
On Her Majesty's Secret Bed

It wouldn't surprise me to learn at least a couple of those actually exist.

I wonder how they do air quotes in Germany (where they use quotation marks „like this“), and in France (where they do it <<like this>>)...

I forget the exact name, and I don't really want to go searching around, but when Geoffrey Rush was on the Graham Norton Show, he was saying how there was a porn parody of The King's Speech -- not sure whether it was in the making or already finished at that point (this was a few weeks ago). I think it was something like The King's Piece or something.

Eccleston was a pretty brilliant Doctor. I'm pretty sure I'm not a big fan of him because his only companion was Harpy Chav Rose, which is kind of a shame.
