... the only culture I did myself is probably an assorted airborne bacteria/fungi, taking up the whole agar. I thought the agar contained nothing, until I realized.
It's just osteocarcinoma cells growing in medium. So as long as I subculture them regularly, refresh the medium often enough and of course work sterile, I should be good.
