Awesome links OR: Unmissable sites/tools on the interblag

Postby Chocceh » Sun Sep 16, 2007 3:53 pm UTC

Obligatory apologies if this already exists; I used the search function and found none. Obligatory apologies if this is in the wrong area; none of the others seemed to fit. Commence thread.

Post a link or as many as you want to websites that should be required using on the internet. That is all.

I start with this: http://www.randomwebsite.com/
Okay

For anyone interested in government, I give you... LEXISNEXUS!

http://municipalcodes.lexisnexis.com/

Yep. Is it nerdy to have read the entire jargon file? Twice?

Of course, for total nerdulence, MediaWiki (which Wikipedia runs on). Have it running on a local webserver to scribble random thoughts in (I actually did that).

The BOFH. I'm guessing most of us here will find it funny.
