Isn't it awesome being able to sticky anything you want, knowing that just about everyone will read it when it's under the announcements? Anyway, happy birthday- good thing it isn't on april fool's day, or I'd assume that your existence is just a joke!

Hey, that's sweet. I turn 16 on Saturday!

I've attached a meager present - open card.gif first, then watch the fireworks!

Also, congratulations on being able to revenge the other mods on the happenings of your last birthday ;)

Yeah. So. For reals now: happy 16th birthday! You're only like...3 days younger than me. :) You gonna get into shenanigans now?

That's okay. At least I don't have an entire forum dedicated to me for when my next employer Googles me and finds that I ask a lot of questions with obvious answers.

This especially applies for the car question.
LE4d is in England. Is not the driving age 17? It would be a bit silly for him to get a car a year early... this all going back to your earlier statement -- assuming he was in the US.

In Denmark you have to be 18 to drive, but drinking is never illegal (but you have to be 16 to buy alcohol). But then again, Danes drink a whole lot, esp. the younger generations.

He could learn to drive at sixteen in England. I did. He'd just need the blessing of a disabled parent. I mean, yeah, it's...totally worth it.

In England, you can legally drink in your own home, with parents/legal guardians, from the age of 5 onwards.

We can BUY alcohol at 18.
