One of these should do the trick:

"Ah, yes! Thank you. It's good. Keep warm."
"NO!!!! Stop! You're making me giddy! No, you can't do this to me! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No!"
"A tear, Sarah Jane? No, don't cry. While there's life, there's..."
"It's the end... but the moment has been prepared for..."
"Feels different this time."
"Carrot juice, carrot juice, carrot juice!"
"Timing malfunction. The Master! He's out there. I've got to stop him."
"You were fantastic, absolutely fantastic. And you know what?...So was I!"

"See ya."

Alternatively, "sorry I didn't try harder".

Being a LOTR Junky (My birthday is the same as Frodo and Bilbo's, how fuckin awesome is that?)

YOU SHALL NOT PASS!

I have the feeling, it will be in the middle of a city yelling "GREEEENAADE!"
or "Crap out of heal potions!"
or to be somewhat creative, "by the way, I used your credit card earlier and you really need to know..[que death]"
If you start an argument over whether "they" "them" and "their" can be used as gender neutral singular pronouns, in this thread, I will do terrible, terrible things to you.

"Penis"

When I lose something or something goes wrong, I say "Penis" instead of "Shit". It's turned into a bad habit now. One of these days I am going to say that too loudly out in public and never go outside again. It's going to come around and bite me. That will probably be my last word I ever say.

<The_2-D> And on my death bed, someone will end up using the word ditto, and someone around my bed will say, "that's Japanese for truck."

Realistically:
"..." (I'm a quiet person)

Less seriously:
"My god, it's full of shoggoths!"
A lot of the cooler things would probably involve killing myself, though.
"Until we meet again." (To either a nemesis or a loved one. Bonus points if I know that we will meet again.)
"Present arms! Aim! Fire!" (To a firing squad, obviously.)
Why do you assume that I exist?

Probably something like, "That which is not dead can eternal lie, and with strange aeons even death may die." I'd also like to say something awesome, thought-provoking, and memorable. Or maybe, "I tried." Perhaps, "One day, we will meet again. I don't know where, I don't know when, but I know we will meet again. Until then, my friends. *death*"

"Quick, write this down - I don't have much time...Go to the Camera Obscura in Aberystwyth. At 6:28pm on July 22nd, centre the image on the closest tower of the castle then follow the line of its shadow - the tip of the shadow will point at a particular spot on the crazy golf course. From there, go exactly 180 metres due north out onto the rocks Wedged in a crack in the rocks you'll find an small metal lunchbox, containing a watertight bag. Inside the bag you will find the key to the safety deposit box and the telephone number of a man who can put you in contact with the buyer."

I think I'd like some incredibly practical and uninteresting last words. "Okay, that was fun. Well since I'm leaving: the will is in my desk, my passwords are in the same envelope, my donor card is in my wallet and my next door neighbour has the spare keys. I think that is all. Love you all, goodbye and DFTBA"

Incidentally, once for no good reason a wrote a very bad short story on the topic of last words.
