Comics about real numbers

Postby el sjaako » Tue Apr 24, 2007 9:12 pm UTC

Here's the thing: I'm doing a school project, and I think it would be nice to incert some kind of comic about the subject. Quicky looking through the archives of XKCD I couldn't find anything, and a google didn't turn anything up either.
It's not really important, but it would be nice, and I think it would be easier for a forum full of people to try to remember where such a thing could be found than it would be for me to find one.

If anyone can think of anything, thank's in advance!

all those two guys need to become both rational and real is their good friend e.
So, I got tired of the fact that the appearance of my band name in my signature made my posts on this forum the dominant result when googling for my music. Anyway, if you think I might happen to be a good musician, you can test this theory here.

LET OUR POWERS COMBINE

Of course, then they lose their separate identities :(

no wait, "1" is the identity...

If you combine them all you get such a negative result...

These puns are stretching me beyond my limit... and they're completely tangential to the topic.

I think the people of this thread need to get a sense of humour or shut the fuck up

The first few posts were pretty amusing tho :D

Actually, I think almost everyone (excluding the last poster's comment about shutting the fuck up, which nobody should almost ever do) in this particular thread has one hell of a sense of humor. I'm still laughing, and I hate maths.

Also, I love that Akira has her own personal spellchecker.

No, it's a team. And we hate that Akira has such terrible spelling

628 isn't a valid Area Code.. so I had no answer... (so that would mean it is undefined or prime or no solution...?)

My humor was sarcasm. (or should that be reciprocal or inverse???)
