RSS Feed question

I have a couple RSS feeds attached to my live journal. I believe I got them linked to my friends list through livejournal so that was simple.
I'm not sure a) if I can do that from this website and b) what to do with the RSS code in order to do that.
Any help would be appreciated.
I stumbled upon this site over the weekend and my boyfriend and I just fell in love with it.

You can create a LJ feed for any RSS feed by going here (down at the bottom):
http://www.livejournal.com/syn/

But someone's already done that for xkcd.com, so all you have to do is add it:

I accuse the creator of that LJ feed of being YOOOUUUU, Randy!

Thank you much! I'm super new to the RSS feed concept... but I was having difficulty scrolling through the archived comics... I'm not sure why, I'm pretty sure got through them all. But now it's most convenient to view updates.

What sort of difficulty?

I was clicking previous and that was working for a while. Then I [must have clicked first and not realized it] ended up at the first comic and had to work my way forward. But then [when I must have clicked most recent and not realized it] I thought I was done and went back again just to check and I ended up still seeing things I hadn't seen... I'm sure it was my error [everything in the brackets I'm just sussing out now].
I should probably just pay better attention to what I'm clicking
