We were at a train station, so most people around there have that sort of in-transitness about them.

Not necessarily; I sometimes go to train stations just to people watch. I find them oddly calming places whn I don't have a train to catch.

Especially at Flinders St. Station, the local population of crazies serves to disorient the individual. Last time I was there, a guy was being arrested for loudly declaring he had a piece of Jesus in his lunch box. I shit you not.

Also, there's always a flock* of punk/emo/scene kids sitting on the steps. At absolutely any hour of the day or night; it's like they take shifts. Their hair keeps the city colourful.

I live nearby and used to visit the area a lot; it's easy enough to recognise as Tasmania because it rains all the time. That said, you looked mighty cold, I'm sorry you didn't get to see it on a clear day. Gorgeous.

Ha, it does seem to rain a lot, although I don't think down south (where I am) has much different rainfall to say Melb. Anyhows, it was pretty cold that day (bits of snow & all) but I've been there before in summer, so I've seen it without the cloud cover.

That makes Black Parade an even better choice - Flinders Street Station is in the middle of the city. ("Middle" used creatively here.)

In case you're wondering about that shot, the ball carried about 250 yards over the lake and eventually hit a tree on the edge of the fairway. I bogeyed the hole.

Angelene! That white coat is gorgeous. Do not return it. And no worries, you do not, in any way, resemble a fluffy white marshmallow. You are, in fact, quite pretty. :)

(The only really negative thing I can think of about it is that it's so white, it might be a bit of a hassle keeping it white...)

There's another one I haven't shown in which my girlfriend is kissing me. Cue comment exchange:

My sister: "Does facebook really need to see this?"
My GF: "I'm not ashamed to say I love Diet Coke"

:D
