What happened to Wellington Grey?

His "Miscellanea" was one of my favourite webcomics, but for a while now I haven't been able to access it as any page on wellingtongrey.net returns a 404. Googling gives a twitter address, every post on which links to this blog (presumably his, though I can't find the name anywhere on the blog itself). Both blog and twitter haven't been updated since April or so. There's also a facebook page which may or may not be his, but it has no useful information whatsoever, as it must have been clamped shut in the privacy settings.

I'm just wondering how come he's vanished from the Internet all of a sudden (well, all of a sudden back in April). The most logical explanation is pretty depressing, so I'm hoping it's something else.

The borg must have assimilated him. His existence since then has been a cover up to protect the public from knowing too much.
