Looking for a comic--not by Randall--posted here long ago

There was a really good comic panel that was posted here a long time ago, pro-affirmative action. I'm discussing affirmative action with someone and I could really use this comic to illustrate my point.

It was a black kid getting stepped on by a white kid. The white kid gets to a higher ledge, and then the black kid reaches up and asks for help getting up, since the white kid used him as a stepstool to get up there. Then the white kid responds with something like, "That's affirmative action, I'm not helping you get up here!"

If anyone can link it I'd appreciate it. There are a lot of affirmative action comics on google; unfortunately most are against it. I'm not able to locate the image through any alternative means. Thanks in advance!

I thought I'd saved that but couldn't find it in my pics folders. I did find it after a Google of 'comic "that would be reverse racism"', though.

Voilà, via the magic of internets:
